How to choose a filtration and filling machine
Litres an hour of the press
The 50 litre filter clears a 10 to 30 kg wooden press in under an hour a day. The 100 litre filter matches the 60 kg rotary and the 7.5 to 10 HP expellers. The 500 litre filter serves the 15 and 20 HP expellers or several presses on one filter.
Plate size and plate count
Plates are 12 by 12 inches on the mini and 18 by 18 inches on the 100 litre model, in polypropylene. More plates mean a longer run between cleanings; the works sizes the count to your daily litres.
Bottle filling with adjustable volume
The oil filling machine fills 4 to 6 bottles a minute from a 30 to 50 litre SS304 hopper on a 0.25 HP motor, with the volume set to the bottle size, so every bottle carries the same quantity.
