Mini Oil Filter Machine 50 Ltr/Hr

Setting Up Filter For Home Use

A small filter should fit your space and your press. Check these points before you order.

• A level floor with room for the 4 x 2 x 3.5 ft frame.
• A power point near the machine for the 0.5 HP motor.
• A spot below the press where pressed oil can reach the tray.
• A clean container to take the filtered oil.
• Space to open the plate stack for cleaning.
• A place to dry the cloths between batches.

Why 50 Ltr/Hr Fits Small Presses

Match the filter to your press before you buy. A 10 to 30 kg wooden press yields far less oil in an hour than 50 litres, so this filter clears a day’s pressing in under an hour. A bigger filter would cost more and sit idle on a press this size. If your press is larger or you plan to add one, ask us about the 100 litre an hour filter. Tell our team your press model and daily oil volume and we confirm whether the mini filter keeps up. Share your numbers by form or WhatsApp.

How The Plate Stack Works

Oil follows a short path through the machine. Here is the sequence from tray to outlet.

1. Pressed oil collects in the oil tray.
2. The 0.5 HP motor and pump push it into the plate stack.
3. Oil passes through the filter cloth on each polypropylene plate.
4. Sediment stays on the cloth and builds up as a cake.
5. Clear oil runs out to your container.
6. Open the stack, clear the cake and run the next batch.

Seeds And Oils It Can Filter

You can filter oil pressed from mustard, groundnut, coconut, sesame, sunflower, castor, safflower, flaxseed, almond and niger seeds. This filter handles all of these, so a shop that presses more than one seed through the week needs only one machine. Run one oil at a time and clear the cake between oils, so flavours do not mix. The mild steel hopper and stainless steel 304 tray are easy to wipe down. If you press a seed that is not on the list, tell our team and we confirm whether the filter suits it before you order.
