Coconut Processing Machines

The coconut line from nut to copra: de-huskers from 300 to 1200 nuts an hour, the husk removed coconut cutter, copra cutters and the electric copra dryer. Sized for a household yard up to a copra belt lorry load.

Made in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Installed and serviced across India.

How to choose a coconut processing machine

Nuts an hour at the yard

A household or temple yard clears 300 nuts an hour; a trader with a few thousand nuts a day takes the 500 or 750 model; a copra yard where a lorry unloads at once needs the 1200 nuts per hour de-husker with the 2000 nuts per hour husk removed coconut cutter after it.

Sun drying or electric drying

Copra cut on the cutter dries in the sun in four to six days in season. The multipurpose electric dryer, 3.4 to 10 kW on three phase, dries copra under cover whatever the weather and takes spices, fruit and vegetables between copra seasons.

Copra cutter size against the press

The 300 kg copra cutter feeds a wooden press or the mini rotary. The 500 kg cutter keeps a 60 kg rotary or a cold press expeller and the drying yard both supplied.

Coconut Processing machine questions

Does the de-husker take tender and dry coconuts?

Yes. The same machine de-husks green, tender and fully dry nuts; the blade gap is set once for the nut size the yard usually receives.

How many people run the coconut line?

One operator feeds the de-husker and one the cutter. The dryer needs no attendance once loaded, so a two-person yard runs the full line from nut to copra.

Planning a copra yard or a coconut processing unit?

Ask the works

Tell us the nuts a day, whether you dry in the sun or under cover and the power on site. The works replies with the machines in the line and a written price within one working day.
