    • Once the order is confirmed and manufacturing/dispatch has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

  3. Returns & Replacements

    • Due to the nature of our machinery, returns are not applicable once the product is delivered.

    • However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery.

    • Our team will review the case and arrange for repair, replacement, or service support, as applicable.

      • We provide after-sales support and spare parts to ensure smooth functioning of your machines.

  5. Exchange Policy

    • Exchange options are available only for select products as per our company’s discretion.

    • To confirm if your product qualifies for exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

    • Exchanges are not applicable once the machine has been customized, installed, or used.
